We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If our presets or LUTs do not meet your expectations, we will make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked. Because our products are digital files, there is nothing to return. Simply email us and we will process your refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@zendicraft.com with:

The email address you used to purchase
Which product(s) you would like refunded
A brief reason (optional, but it helps us improve)

We will reply within one business day to confirm your refund.

Processing time

Once approved, we will process your refund within 2 to 3 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method.

Stripe may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your statement, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your license to use the files is revoked. We trust our customers to delete downloaded files after receiving a refund. We do not use DRM or restrict access after download, so this operates on good faith.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product, or if the files have been redistributed.

UK consumer rights

As a UK business, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day refund policy exceeds the minimum statutory requirements for digital content. If you have any concerns, you may contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
