All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where relevant. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will issue a full refund and notify you promptly.
All products sold on this site are digital files delivered via download link. No physical goods are shipped.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards. No card details are stored on our servers.
All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link. Downloads are available immediately. For full details, see our Delivery page.
When you purchase a product, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, commercial license to use the presets and LUT files in unlimited personal and client projects. You may not:

As a UK consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights. Digital products are subject to the terms described herein, and you acknowledge that digital goods cannot be returned in the traditional sense once downloaded.
Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
All content on this website, including images, copy, branding, and the preset and LUT files themselves, belongs to Zendicraft. The license granted upon purchase is limited to the terms described in Section 5 above. You may not reproduce or use our website content or branding without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
